▪︎ Shipments shouldn't be unpacked until the delivery agent delivers the order and you pay for it.

Do not worry! Our return and exchange process is very flexible. Items purchased from Podiastore.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
■ You have the right, within 14 days of receipt, to request the return or exchange of any product that is not defective and in its original condition. If a manufacturing defect is found in the product, please report it to customer service immediately (within two days maximum). Within 14 days, an agent will get to you to receive the product in its original condition
■ Note: It is not eligible to submit a return or exchange request for products in discount bundles 40% or higher because it may be the last piece or no sizes available.
